Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, new product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

After your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are generally:

United States: 3-7 business days
Canada: 7-15 business days
International: 10-30 business days (varies by destination)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding if delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, Meridian Row cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If you still need assistance, we're happy to help you investigate.
