Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Meridian Row, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, changes of mind, or ordering the wrong color.

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item

Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Meridian Row is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

Color & Print Variations

We strive to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, printing processes, and fabric dye lots. These variations are considered normal and are not defects.
